Associate Continuous Improvement Leader

Permobil has a position open for a Associate Continuous Improvement Leader

  • Pay Range: $19.00 to $23.00 an hour

  • Schedule: Full Time - Monday through Friday

  • Location: Pasco, WA

Your Role in Our Mission

  • Support Lean and continuous improvement projects across operations.

  • Participate in Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement activities.

  • Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Assist in documenting standard work instructions and process maps.

  • Conduct basic time studies and process observations.

  • Help identify and eliminate waste using Lean methodologies.

  • Support 5S workplace organization initiatives and audits.

  • Track improvement project progress and maintain documentation.

  • Assist with root cause analysis using 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and Pareto Analysis.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports.

  • Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.

  • Support Lean training and continuous improvement activities.

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.

  • 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, logistics, or continuous improvement environments.

  • Basic understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time efficiently.

  • Ability to work with little to no supervision.

  • Ability to train new team members.

  • Ability to update WI’s/SOP’s as needed.

  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance; report to work on time.
