Job Title: Foundry Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Foundry Operator to join our team. As a Foundry Operator, you will play a key role in supporting foundry and post-processing operations, ensuring all parts meet strict quality and safety standards.
Shifts & Pay Rates:

1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm | $21.00/hr

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm | $23.10/hr

3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am | $24.15/hr
Key Responsibilities:

Handle, grind, deburr, trim, and clean cast parts.

Prepare parts for the next stage of production.

Perform inspections to confirm quality standards.
-
Move parts through the process according to standard procedures.
-
Follow all work instructions and safety protocols.

Maintain an organized and safe work environment.

Support general manufacturing operator tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Ability to perform physical work (lifting, moving materials, standing for long periods).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Willingness to follow standard work and safety procedures.

Experience in a foundry or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
