Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our President, you will provide comprehensive operational leadership for your specific entity. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously execute the system's strategic vision within your defined domain, translating overarching organizational goals into actionable, localized plans. You will be fully accountable for the operational and financial performance of your area, encompassing day-to-day management, budget oversight, and the leadership of all local staff, while reporting directly to a higher-level executive within the system.

Every day you will lead your teams in the effective management of resources, including personnel, budget, and facilities, ensuring optimal utilization to meet operational targets and deliver high-quality patient care. You will actively engage with community stakeholders, local leaders, and patient populations, solidifying our presence and building strong relationships within the local community. Furthermore, you will continuously monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial health within your purview, always aligning with our mission and values.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a proven track record of exemplary operational leadership and financial stewardship within a complex healthcare environment. You will be adept at fostering strong community relationships, translating system-wide strategies into local action, and driving results through effective resource utilization and team empowerment. Scope Highlights:

  • Community & Partner Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with community stakeholders, government agencies, health partners, and vendors to enhance regional and national expertise.

  • Quality & Safety Leadership: Champion and achieve annual quality and safety targets, leveraging data and oversight mechanisms to ensure the delivery of highest quality care.

  • Patient Experience Champion: Drive patient experience initiatives, fostering team collaboration for excellent care delivery.

  • Integrated Clinical Operations: Optimize clinical operations by integrating local health delivery system, facility, and community wellness metrics, ensuring high-quality and value-driven care across the continuum.

  • Physician Integration & Engagement: Actively engage employed and partner physicians in continuous quality improvement, standardization, and effective continuum of care and practice management.

  • Continuum of Care Optimization: Function as a key integrator for the continuum of care, focusing on wellness management to reduce costs and leverage appropriate care levels.

  • Data-Driven Improvement: Conduct regular reviews of quality and patient care standards, initiating continuous improvements in partnership with administrative and clinical staff.

Job Requirements

Required

  • M.H.A., M.B.A., or M.S. in healthcare administration, business administration, public health administration or a related field

  • A minimum of five (5) years experience as a Senior Leadership Executive in a healthcare facility

Preferred

  • Certified Healthcare Executives

Pay Range
