Full job description

Our client, a leading organization in the engineering and technology sector, is seeking an Executive Admin Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and prior experience supporting leadership within an engineering organization.

Job Title: Executive Admin Assistant

Location: Farmington Hills, MI

Pay Range: $31-$37/hr.

Shift: 1st Shift between 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM Start Time

What's the Job?

  • Manage the Vice President's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, visas, and expense reporting.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and executive correspondence.

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, including facility management and vendor services.

  • Support leadership with coordination of customer visits, executive briefings, and global meetings across multiple time zones.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5-6 years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.

  • Required: Previous experience working within an engineering organization, engineering department, or technical environment.

  • Experience supporting leaders in engineering, automotive, manufacturing, technology, or other highly technical industries preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and executive presence.
