🦷 General Dentist Opportunity – Vandalia, Illinois | Established, High-Performing Private Group Practice (Confidential) 4-Day Workweek | 11 Operatories | Eaglesoft | Strong Hygiene Department
Are you a confident, comprehensive General Dentist looking for a stable, busy schedule in a well-supported practice where you can do great dentistry and be as productive as you want to be? Our long-established, doctor-led private group practice in Vandalia, IL is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a collaborative team with strong patient demand and efficient systems.
Experienced dentists are strongly preferred , but the practice is open to a 2026 graduating dentist or current resident who is coachable, clinically thoughtful, and excited to grow in a high-support environment.

⚙️ Clinical & Procedural Focus We’re looking for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive care and takes pride in doing quality work efficiently.
Ideal strengths include:
- Comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
- Simple to moderate extractions
- Endo experience is a plus (or interest in expanding endo skills is welcomed)

Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM You’ll have a predictable 4-day schedule while the office maintains expanded hours to support access and demand.
