Description:

Project SEARCH is a Work Immersion Transition Program seeking to achieve meaningful employment for youth with intellectual and development disabilities. Total workplace immersion facilitates a seamless combination of classroom instruction, career exploration and relevant job-skills training obtained through strategically designed internships.

MercyOne Clinton through a partnership with area schools and agencies offer students, that have completed their graduation requirements, a one-year school-to-work program that takes place entirely at MercyOne Clinton. Recommendation from High School Student Services is required for participation in this program.
