We are hiring a Store Assistant Manager for our newest location, coming soon to Belden Village, Ohio.
In this role, you will support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations at your location, in accordance with Goodwill's established policies and procedures. You will plan and direct all phases of store operation as efficiently as possible to achieve maximum sales and profitability. Expected to follow company policies and meet budget and sales goals by controlling costs/expenses. Establish the store as a community partner by developing relationships with customers and creating a positive rapport.
