KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Price Intelligence to join our Pricing Commercial Enablement organization.

Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze external market, competitive, and economic data to identify pricing trends, pressures, and value drivers; proactively align and coordinate with other teams conducting related work (e.g., Finance, Strategy, Market Intelligence) to avoid duplicative efforts and ensure a consistent, unified narrative across the firm

Translate insights into actionable recommendations tailored to the audience, from guidance and talking points for the field to concise summaries and strategic recommendations for leadership supporting deal strategy, negotiations, and decision-making

Respond to time-sensitive ad hoc requests (e.g., competitive pricing benchmarks) with speed and rigor, exercising sound judgment amid tight deadlines and incomplete information to deliver clear, actionable answers

Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Function leadership, Market Intelligence, and F&A on cross-functional initiatives that drive firmwide growth and manage relationships with third-party data vendors and panel providers to source, validate, and continuously improve external market data inputs

Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure, ensuring data quality, integrity, and governance across sources; design scalable models and segmentation frameworks that support repeatable, firmwide pricing analysis rather than one-off exercises

Explore and apply AI and advanced analytics to strengthen pricing insights and automate analysis, identifying new tools and techniques to enhance how the firm approaches pricing

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of recent experience in pricing, market intelligence, strategy, or data analytics, ideally within a professional services environment

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; master's degree preferred

Strong understanding of pricing strategy (rate structures, discounting, value-based pricing) and experience leveraging market data, benchmarking, and competitive intelligence

Experience with data management, cleansing, and integration across sources; proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and analytical techniques (forecasting, scenario analysis); knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar tools preferred

Demonstrated ability to leverage data and analytics to influence business strategy, connect insights to outcomes, and solve complex problems with strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, concise insights and present effectively to senior stakeholders; proven ability to collaborate across matrixed teams, drive actionable recommendations, and deliver measurable results; self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong project management skills
