Certified Medical Assistant Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Certified Medical Assistant Sign-On for Eligible New Hires Work location: 4001 Long Prairie Road - Suite 160 Flower Mound, TX 75028Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday -Thursday (8am-530pm), Fridays (8am-2pm) Department highlights:

Here's What You Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

  • CMA - Current Medical Assistant Certification (REQUIRED)

  • Two years of experience as a Medical Assistant (STRONGLY PREFERRED)

  • Successful completion of THPG Clinical Training (CT) educational program with demonstrated competency in required skills = within 90 days of job entry (REQUIRED)

  • BCLS upon hire (REQUIRED)

What You Will Do

  • Delivers care to patients utilizing the Certified Medical Assistant Process

  • Communicates with patient regarding test results and plan of care by phone or mail as directed by physician

  • Provides for patient safety and protection of patient privacy rights

  • May work in the front office as needed

  • May perform other duties as assigned by practice manager, more senior staff, or as requested by healthcare provider(s)
