Job Duties

  • Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components for fire trucks, ambulances, and rescue vehicles.

  • Fabricate custom brackets, compartments, and structural reinforcements to meet unique operational needs.

  • Repair and replace damaged frames, body panels, and specialized equipment mounts.

  • Work from technical drawings, OEM specifications, and custom design plans.

  • Collaborate with electricians, upfitters, and paint technicians to ensure seamless integration of repairs and modifications.

  • Maintain strict adherence to company standards, DOT, and OSHA safety standards.
