As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help manage site entry, verify credentials, monitor access points, and conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Monitor entry and exit points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and authorized access, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity.

Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, including the facility perimeter, parking areas, docks, and access points, to help identify security-related concerns.

Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and access-control records while communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
-
Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
