The Trade Operations Team Representative serves as a strategic customer-facing operations resource supporting Hikma's customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for supporting order-to-cash activities, customer escalations, operational issue resolution, and service delivery excellence across the order-to-cash related business segments.

The individual acts as a trusted business partner to customers and internal stakeholders by proactively identifying risks, resolving operational challenges, improving processes, and driving exceptional customer experiences. The role requires strong business acumen, customer focus, analytical skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in Customer Operations, Trade Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Order Management, or related business functions.

  • Experience supporting business-to-business customers in a regulated industry preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience utilizing SAP • Pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or distribution industry experience.
