Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at North Country Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Massena, New York. As a supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring the highest level of quality care for our patients. As a RN Supervisor at North Country Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
About the Role:
As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Supervising a team of licensed nurses to ensure that patients receive individualized, high-quality care that meets their unique needs and goals

Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Monitoring patient outcomes and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal care
