THE ROLE
Contributing to the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring the efficient flow of operations and the delivery of high-quality dishes to customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Fulfills the service per each Banquet Event Order (BEO).

Prepares recipes as directed.

Maintains all kitchen equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance.

Designs buffet food presentations.

Maintains a clean and safe working environment.

Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

1 to 2 years of customer service or kitchen experience
Skills and Abilities

Demonstrate exceptional skills in customer relations, communications, and problem solving.

Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.

Work independently, exercising good judgment and initiative.

Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.

Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons, and others while working.

Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, lifting, stooping, and walking.

Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
COMPENSATION
Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
Range: $17-$19/hr
