Overview
Day Shift - 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (w/ rotating weekends & holidays)
Step into a dynamic leadership role as a Registered Nurse House Supervisor with the Clinical Resource Team, where you’ll oversee nursing personnel and patient care across all inpatient units during your designated shift. Serving as the key administrative and clinical decision-maker, you’ll provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure safe, high-quality patient care across the organization.
This role also maintains a strong hands-on component, floating as a bedside nurse to medical–surgical units across the three Quad City campuses based on skill level. As a member of the interdisciplinary care team, you’ll apply advanced nursing knowledge and clinical expertise while fostering a practice environment grounded in the ANA Code of Ethics, UnityPoint Health’s Philosophy of Nursing, and the Professional Nurse Practice Model. This position is ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in leadership, adaptability, and collaborative, fast-paced environments.

Assist with anything needed in any of the departments

Assess the needs of patients and families, providing appropriate teaching and making the necessary referrals to provide continuity of care.
Qualifications
Education:
- Diploma from an RN program.
Experience:
- Two years of hospital clinical experience or demonstrated clinical efficiency.
License(s)/Certification(s):
-
Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state.

Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state.

Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Must possess and maintain current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification within 6 months of hire.

Must possess and maintain current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification within 6 months of hire.
