Location Description
The Eugene, Oregon plant produces both organic and non‑organic granola, with annual production of up to 52 million pounds. The site supports a team of more than 200 manufacturing and support employees and plays an important role in supplying private label granola products across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement comprehensive EHS programs aligned with federal, state, and local regulations

Manage and guide teams in executing the company’s EHS management systems

Provide strategic leadership in systems such as behavior‑based safety and emergency response planning

Partner with operations and leadership teams to implement safety policies and drive continuous improvement

Identify workplace hazards, develop control programs, and support accident investigations with timely follow‑up

Oversee industrial hygiene programs and evaluate emerging safety practices for application

Coordinate safety training programs and ensure accurate records and compliance documentation

Support audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance initiatives across facilities

Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies on safety and environmental matters
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field

5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong background in safety program development, audits, training, and compliance

Experience with OSHA recordkeeping and workers’ compensation processes preferred
