Process and manage tickets related to rack installations across data center clusters

Coordinate with site teams to install racks and perform equipment power-ups

Follow all operational, electrical, and documentation procedures

Escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner

Support occasional office setup and refurbishment (desks, equipment, etc.)

Travel locally between sites within a 5-mile radius as needed
