About the Role

Seeking an Internal Audit Specialist for our Growth Country Units to supervise key audits and strengthen operational controls. Partner with senior leaders to drive efficiency, prevent fraud, and safeguard financial health as we scale.

Responsibilities

Plan and supervise the execution of medium-complexity audits and management requests with little or no manager support

  • Own execution of internal audit tests
  • Deliver high-quality reviews in compliance with Internal Audit Methodology
  • Coordinate the team to ensure delivery of the audit report and management reports in compliance with IA methodology
  • Innovate and solve audit plan execution challenges/ problems (e.g swapping audits due to other conflicting events)
  • Support the delivery of IA OKRs as they relate to the country program

Own findings related to team lead level or defined grade 2&3

  • Report findings to management
  • Work with management responsible for the findings to develop resolutions
  • Regularly follow up with management responsible to ensure findings are resolved

Qualifications

Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:

  • 3+ years of Audit experience
  • 3+ years of Experience with accounting and auditing applications such as SAP, Symbiant
  • 3+ years of Experience with Data Analytics Tools such as Power BI
  • Audit Findings and Report-writing experience
