Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our kitchen team- a person who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!

What are we looking for?

• A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests

• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience

• A collaborative team-player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success

What would you bring to the table?

• 2+ years of service industry experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment

• Ability to stand and walk around for the entire shift

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs .

• Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

What would your job responsibilities be?

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishware, equipment, and work areas in compliance with Four Seasons standards

• A ssist with equipment setup in the kitchen and staff cantina and ensure proper cleaning and organization

• Support banquet operations by assisting with food expediting in alignment with established production and quality standards

• Promote a safe work environment by ensuring all kitchen floor areas are clean, properly marked with safety signage, and free from hazards
