Full job description

Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Revere, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping administrative workflows organized, providing attentive front-desk support, and handling a high volume of communication with accuracy and efficiency. The role requires strong attention to detail, a service-minded approach, and the ability to manage routine office tasks while maintaining a welcoming and productive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day clerical activities to help the office run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Answer incoming calls courteously, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages accurately.

  • Welcome visitors and provide courteous front-desk support while maintaining an organized reception area.

  • Enter, update, and verify information in office records and databases with a high level of accuracy.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain administrative documents, files, and general correspondence.

  • Coordinate routine office support tasks such as scheduling, document handling, and internal communication follow-up.

  • Assist team members with general administrative needs and ensure requests are completed in a timely manner. Requirements • Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist role.

  • Ability to handle inbound phone calls with clear and courteous communication.

  • Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and detail.

  • Comfortable performing a variety of clerical and front-office responsibilities.
