In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability.
We are seeking a Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer to perform system level integration of new hardware and software. In this position you will work in a Software Integration Lab environment as well as fly on aircraft in support of flight tests. Your responsibilities will include working with embedded computing systems, working with RF components/systems and software defined radios and supporting government sponsored flight tests.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor s degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or related field, and minimum of 6 to 8 years of work experience or equivalent experience.

Hold an Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI

Experience with government sponsored flight/field tests.

Experience working with embedded computing platforms.

Experience working with RF components/systems and software defined radios.

Software programming language knowledge (C , Python, Matlab)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 6 years of experience or Ph.D. with 4 years of experience.

Active Top Secret clearance and eligible to acquire SCI and additional SAP/SAR clearance.

Work experience with Electronic Warfare programs.

Flight certifications (Water Survival, Class 3 Physical, Physiological)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
