Job Duties

Job Responsibilities

Set up and operate offset printing presses.

Operate and maintain Heidelberg 4-color presses (experience preferred).

Work with conventional ink printing processes.

Read and interpret job tickets and production instructions.

Hang plates and perform press make-readies.

Troubleshoot and resolve press-related issues.

Inspect printed materials to ensure quality standards are met.

Gather and prepare paper, inks, and chemicals for production runs.

Make press adjustments to meet customer specifications and expectations.

Perform routine maintenance and assist with preventive maintenance activities.

Minimum Education Required

High school or Associates degree

Minimum Experience Required

Four to five years of offset printing press operator experience
