Description

Job Purpose: The purpose of this job is to be responsible for processing of surgical instruments/ equipment using consistent practices for safe patient use.

Education: Possess a High School diploma or equivalent. Possess mandatory NYS Certification.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Possess mandatory NYS Certification.

Experience: P ossess experience in Central Supply Sterilization.

Preferred : Possess prior experience in Central Supply Sterilization and knowledge of surgical equipment.
