Job Description
Manage concurrent IT projects across banking and telecom clients, ensuring 100% on-time delivery and SLA compliance. Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications, aligning IT services with client business goals. Develop BRDs, FRDs, and user stories tailored to IT solutions such as ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, or custom web/mobile apps. Facilitate Agile ceremonies for cross-functional teams using JIRA and Azure DevOps. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Business Administration or Engineering (any) is required. Work location: Piscataway, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
