As a Security Officer Full Time Access Management in Frankfort, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help maintain a welcoming, controlled environment by monitoring entry points, verifying access credentials, and documenting visitor activity. You will remain visible, communicate professionally with employees and guests, conduct routine patrols, and report security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.

Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorized access, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records.

Inspect incoming and outgoing personnel, vehicles, and shipments in accordance with site procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts, damaged seals, or other unusual activity.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as required.

Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
