Production Openings In Summerville

Tenure Requirement: To be considered, candidates need to have a consistent employment record with no more than three employers in the past five years. We are seeking individuals who show case long-term career growth and stability.

Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

A leading health and wellness manufacturer is seeking motivated individuals to join its growing production team. We are currently hiring for multiple positions across our Mixing, Encapsulation, Packaging, and Sanitation departments. Mixing Operator

Starting Pay: $21.00/hour

Entry-level operators will receive a $1.00/hour increase within their first 90 days while working toward their first certification.

Responsibilities

  • Weigh raw materials according to product formulas

  • Use scales and measuring equipment to accurately measure ingredients

  • Mix and blend ingredients following established procedures

  • Follow all production, quality, and safety requirements

  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation

  • Assist with equipment cleaning and changeovers as needed

Schedule Options

Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM (+$2.25/hour shift differential)

Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and every other Thursday

Sanitation Operator

Starting Pay: $19.00/hour

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment to prevent cross-contamination

  • Wash, sanitize, and dry machine parts and utensils

  • Complete required cleaning and sanitation documentation

  • Safely handle and use chemical cleaning solutions

  • Perform heavy lifting and equipment movement as needed

  • Support compliance with cGMP and safety standards

Schedule Options

Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM (+$2.25/hour shift differential)

Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and every other Thursday

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
