Successful candidates bring Bachelor's In Mechanical Or Chemical Or Electrical Or Metallurgical Or Materials Engineering. Important skills include Minitab, MS Office, MS Project, Data Analysis, Problem Solving, and Organizational Skills. Preferred (not required): Control Plans, FMEAs, JSAs, and Standard Work.

Analyze process performance using statistical methods (Minitab)

Develop and maintain Control Plans, FMEAs, JSAs, and Standard Work

Support and develop high‑performance teams through coaching and training

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering

3–5+ years of manufacturing experience

Strong data analysis, problem‑solving, and organizational skills

Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement tools

Proficiency in Minitab, MS Office, and MS Project

Effective communicator with strong coaching and teamwork capabilities

Demonstrated commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and teammate engagement
