ComForCare Home Care is currently seeking an experienced caregiver/CNA with hands-on experience using a Hoyer Lift. This position requires someone who is confident, patient, and safety-focused when assisting clients with transfers and mobility support. Experience with bed-bound or limited-mobility clients is highly preferred. Requirements: Proven Hoyer Lift experience Reliable transportation Compassionate and professional attitude Ability to assist with ADLs and personal care Dependable and punctual.   • High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.

  • Access to reliable transportation.

  • Add any state regulated minimum requirements.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.

  • Provide assistance with personal care.

  • Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.

  • Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.

  • Properly manage household needs.

  • Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
