Dietitian Nutritionist II - Healthcare

Sodexo is seeking a Dietitian for Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center main campus in Baton Rouge, LA. Our Lady of the Lake is a Level 1 Trauma Center with over 900 licensed beds. In this role, you will work with high acuity patients.

A CNSC credential, or willingness to obtain, is preferred. Ideal for both an experienced Dietitian, as well as an ambitious newly licensed RD. Sign-on bonus is available, as well as a full benefits package starting on Day#1.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $64600 per year - $83600 per year

• Deliver nutrition care for patients, residents, and communities as part of a contractual agreement, using the Nutrition Care Process (assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring, and evaluation).

• Act as a nutrition resource for patients, peers, and foodservice staff; collaborate across interdisciplinary teams and departments to ensure safe, high-quality care.

• Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling and training to patients, healthcare staff, students, and foodservice teams, adjusting content for clinical complexity.

Requirements

• Education Requirement:

• Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with required coursework and supervised practice per ACEND guidelines

• OR, for those eligible prior to 1/1/2024: Bachelor’s degree meeting ACEND requirements.

• Management Experience: 0-1 years

• Related Experience: 0-3 years

• Credentials Requirement:

• Meets eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) via CDR and will become registered within 120 days of hire

• Must meet state licensure/certification requirements at time of hire where applicable
