Full-Time | 37.5 Hours Per Week | 2026-2027 School Year
Help Students Communicate, Learn, and Thrive
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a school-based team in Lake Stevens, Washington for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you will provide evaluations, therapy services, and communication support for students with a variety of speech and language needs, helping them achieve success both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities
Assessment & Evaluation
-
Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings.
-
Assess communication skills including articulation, fluency, voice, receptive language, and expressive language.

Determine eligibility for speech-language services and develop recommendations for intervention.
Therapy & Intervention
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals.
-
Provide direct speech-language therapy services.
-
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
-
Support students using communication devices and assistive technology when appropriate.
Collaboration & Consultation
-
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families.
-
Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team meetings.

Provide recommendations and strategies to promote communication success across educational settings.
Documentation & Compliance
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including:

Evaluation reports
-
Progress notes
-
IEP documentation
-
Treatment plans
-
Activity logs
-
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, district, and professional standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Required
-
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of assignment.

Ability to comply with all professional standards of practice.

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
-
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Compensation
- Pay Rate: Up to $62/hour
