  • Lead the CQI program: audit, analyze, and trend pharmacy error and near-miss data

  • Facilitate monthly CQI meetings with pharmacist and technician teams; present findings at quarterly leadership meetings

  • Drive follow-up and implementation of CQI initiatives and process improvement projects

  • Maintain the AZ facility call log and ensure timely resolution and documentation

Operations & Order Management

  • Manage test orders and test labels to validate system changes

  • Author, review, and update pharmacy SOPs

  • Guide the pharmacy team on protocols during technology failures or system downtime

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Receive and review provider communications; distill and disperse relevant clinical guidance, updates, and directives to the pharmacy team in a timely and structured manner

  • Handle escalated patient communications from CX, including shipping errors and clinical concerns

Clinical Resource & Communication

  • Act as the primary clinical resource for staff pharmacists and technicians

  • Prepare slide decks, Google Docs, and Sheets for clinical meetings and patient profile reviews

You Have:

  • Strong cross-functional communication skills; comfortable working with engineering, operations, and clinical teams

  • Willingness to obtain non-resident pharmacist licenses and serve as back up PIC when needed
