How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead the assigned clinical specialty unit by directing, educating, and monitoring nursing and support associates to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality patient care and achieve clinical objectives.1 (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1aUDUUsS-zux9noePehyGqnu-BTZ1ckek\_rj-TsAVTeY/edit)

• Optimize patient flow and resource allocation by independently assessing daily care needs and distributing assignments that match patient acuity with staff competency, guaranteeing safe, population-appropriate care across specialties like Cardiovascular, Critical Care, and Emergency.1 (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1aUDUUsS-zux9noePehyGqnu-BTZ1ckek\_rj-TsAVTeY/edit)

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experiencerequired.
