Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently ring up sales on registers.

  • Accurately maintain all cash and media at the registers.

  • Provide a friendly environment, g reet every customer enthusiastically.

  • Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.

  • Communicate customer requests to management.

  • Maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked.

  • Honor customers by providing quick, friendly, and personal service.

  • Develop rapport with customers. Learn their names, favorite drinks and food items.

  • Communicates customer concerns to manager on duty.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years Cashier experience

  • Excellent cash and credit card handling skills

  • Able to process information/merchandise through register system

  • Possess great guest service skills in a high volume environment

  • Communicate effectively with associates and customers

  • Able to speak, read, write and communicate clearly in English
