About this Role

Build your career with Crux Subsurface, Inc. and help deliver innovative, high-impact construction projects across North America. This role supports active construction projects from planning through closeout — working alongside engineers, field crews, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and in compliance.

This is a field-forward position. You'll spend roughly 50–75% of your time deployed to project sites nationwide, with multi-week assignments expected. When you're not in the field, you're based out of our Spokane Valley office. All travel expenses are covered.

The Construction Project Coordinator role is a direct path to Project Manager.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 DOE

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate project activities from planning through closeout

  • Manage schedules, costs, and material procurement and logistics

  • Perform quality inspections and provide direct support to field crews

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation

  • Communicate with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep projects moving

  • Identify and solve problems proactively before they affect schedule or cost

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent field experience

  • 3+ years in project coordination or engineering

  • Proficiency in scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project)

  • Cost tracking experience in Excel

  • Familiarity with a PM platform (Procore or similar)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability and willingness to travel 50–75% of the time on multi-week deployments

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $90,000.00/Yr. - USD $100,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
