Practice managers work within medical practices or groups to develop business strategies, manage budgets, and oversee day-to-day operations e.g. physician relations, communications, revenue cycle management, facility management, training, orientation and management of personnel. Practice managers ensure that the business needs of the practice are met and actively work to enhance the practice. The manager capitalizes on new business opportunities through marketing efforts and strategic planning. The Manager promotes the organization's mission and vision.

Associate Degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
