What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.

Verify identification, credentials, access authorizations, and vehicle entry requirements before permitting access to restricted areas.

Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security-related systems; document entries, exits, incidents, and irregular conditions according to site procedures.

Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, facility areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized entry and identify potential hazards or policy violations.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Possess a Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration.

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.
-
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
