Painters
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Equipment and Part Painters to join their team. As a Painter, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to high-quality paint operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Painter
Location: Berlin, WI
Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.00 / hour depending on experience
Shift: 2nd shift
What's the Job?

Safely perform all aspects of support for paint operations
-
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
-
Follow established procedures, processes, and policies
-
Efficiently load (hang) and unload raw parts from the paint line
-
Communicate effectively with material handlers and maintenance teams
What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-
Ability to work with minors (under 18 years of age) – verbal request and notes required
-
Willingness to follow safety rules and procedures
-
Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
