Job Summary:

DT Professionals is hiring a temporary Facilities Management Analyst II to join our team in San Diego, CA. This role is responsible for coordinating facility repair and construction projects, developing project documentation and acquisition packages, managing service contracts, conducting facility assessments, and serving as a liaison between customers, contractors, and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs), cost estimates, funding documentation, and project packages for facility repair, maintenance, and construction projects.

  • Coordinate facilities planning, maintenance, repair, and sustainment activities in support of operational requirements.

  • Participate in design reviews, project planning meetings, and pre-construction conferences.

  • Submit and track service tickets, work orders, funding requests, purchase requests, and procurement actions.

  • Coordinate contractor activities, site access, logistics support, and project scheduling.

  • Conduct facility inspections, condition assessments, and surveys to identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.

  • Monitor facility systems and infrastructure to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

  • Support safety, environmental, energy, fire protection, and physical security programs.

  • Oversee facility service contracts and support quality assurance evaluations.

  • Develop and maintain facilities metrics, reports, records, and management dashboards.

  • Review and validate customer requirements and funding availability for facility projects and services.

  • Support development of strategic facilities plans, annual requirements submissions, and budget planning efforts.

  • Coordinate contractor site visits, stakeholder meetings, and facility-related customer support activities.

  • Support space planning, employee relocations, and organizational moves.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to support mission readiness and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active Secret Clearance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, facilities operations, project coordination, property management, or a related field.

  • Experience conducting facility inspections, assessments, and condition surveys.

  • Experience coordinating maintenance, repair, or construction projects.

  • Experience preparing funding requests, cost estimates, budget documentation, or acquisition-related packages.

  • Knowledge of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building infrastructure.

  • Experience supporting compliance with safety, environmental, and physical security requirements.

  • Experience maintaining reports, metrics, records, and operational documentation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, government personnel, and customers.

The compensation range for this position: $26.00 - $30.00 Hourly
