Gameday Merchandise Associate | Highmark Stadium

THE ROLE

We are looking for Gameday Merchandise Associate to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Gameday Merchandise Associate , you will be responsible for providing quick and efficient services to guests in a variety of duties including recording transactions and collecting payment with a point of sale system, stocking, and providing great customer service. Opening in the 2026 NFL season, t he New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state-of-the-art technology that will enhance the fan experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS  

• Properly records all transactions via the point-of-sale system and informs guests of amount owed .

• Collects the proper money for transaction; processes credit card or collects cash and determines correct change for guests .

• Accounts for all transactions; maintains accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift .

• Provides customer service to guests by being knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the products available for purchase .

• Ensure that all fixtures are clean, stocked and tidy to deliver a full service .

• Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and products as needed .

• Ensure that the correct close down procedure is followed: all areas of the store are to be left clean, tidy and secure, ready for the next day’s service .

• Assist with daily, weekly and month inventory as needed .

• Provide guidance to inclusive of retail options and general information .

• Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training. 

• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management. 

• Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies. 

• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate the same with others.

COMPENSATION

Competitive salary starting of $ 17 hour, plus 7% commission.

• Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 2 5 -50 lbs.
