Entra nella nostra Academy AI e costruisci il tuo percorso come AI Developer, lavorando su soluzioni reali con tecnologie all'avanguardia: Azure OpenAI, architetture multi-agente, RAG pipeline e Virtual Agent. Il percorso è finalizzato all'inserimento con contratto di stage. 📍 Sedi: Roma, Milano, Torino, Padova, Bologna, Firenze, Perugia, Cagliari (modalità ibrida) 🔍 Il tuo ruolo Entrerai nel team specializzato in soluzioni di Artificial Intelligence della nostra Practice, parte di una struttura multinazionale che unisce la forza di Avanade e la tecnologia di Microsoft. Lavorerai su progetti enterprise reali — in produzione, non in sandbox — affiancato da colleghi senior e supportato da un percorso di crescita strutturato. Cosa costruirai: Soluzioni AI end-to-end: pipeline RAG, sistemi multi-agente, orchestrazione con Microsoft Agent Framework e LangChain Virtual Agents e chatbot cognitivi con Copilot Studio e Azure AI Foundry Web API moderne con FastAPI o ASP.NET Core, integrate in architetture cloud-native su Azure Workload intelligenti con Azure OpenAI Service, AI Search e Cosmos DB, dalla PoC al go-live Collaborazione in team multidisciplinari a stretto contatto con clienti e stakeholder
