Rattaché au superviseur Feeder, vous intégrez une équipe existante de 2 chefs d’équipe. Vous encadrez une équipe d’une dizaine de personnes. Vous aurez la charge du suivi des opérations, des activités lignes et des reportings. Vous veillez aussi à l’optimisation des besoins humains et matériels.

Vos Missions Principales :

  • Encadrer, former et développer votre équipe d’employés d’exploitation, et de conducteurs de ligne.

  • Evaluer périodiquement l’ensemble de son équipe et faire des feedbacks réguliers.

  • Organiser, coordonner et contrôler l’activité de son équipe, tout en optimisant les ressources (humaines et techniques).

  • Suivre et organiser les opérations sur la tranche horaire concernée.

  • Être garant de l’organisation du réseau (gestion du matériel roulant et des mouvements, pointage et suivi des heures).

  • Être garant du respect des procédures « sécurité » et développement d’actions correctives.

  • Animer la communication des consignes quotidiennes (« PCM ») auprès des équipes.

  • Analyser les différents indicateurs de performance liés à l’activité du service et développer les plans d’actions correspondants (Amélioration continue).

  • Préparation et animation de réunions afin de préparer au mieux les opérations et/ou de corriger les dysfonctionnements.

  • Développer des synergies au sein du groupe Transportation (Feeder, Hub, Data Management) et du département opérations (Clients externes, package centers, OSP out).

  • Déclarer et reporter à sa hiérarchie tout éventuel dysfonctionnement qui porterait atteinte à la sécurité des salariés ou des problèmes opérationnels.

  • Profil Recherché :

  • Expérience en management d’équipe (interne et externe)

  • Leadership

  • Maîtrise du Pack Office et des systèmes UPS (Cubix/Infolib, I-Gate, SEAS, TMS, TFCS, GFTS, Load Planning, IVP)

  • Capacité d’adaptation dépendant des spécificités des différents tris.

  • Rigueur / Organisation /Autonomie / Polyvalence / Réactivité / Bonne communication

  • Capacité d’analyse

  • Maîtrise de la RSE

  • Niveau minimum d’anglais requis : Opérationnel
