Job Description
Insight Global is looking for clinical trial support staff to join our vaccine development team at a large pharmaceutical company in New Haven, CT. As a clinical trial support staff member, you will be responsible for coordinating and conducting clinical trials for new vaccine candidates, ensuring compliance with protocols, regulations, and ethical standards. You will also monitor and report on the safety and efficacy of the vaccine candidates, provide education and support to trial participants, and collaborate with other health professionals and researchers. To be successful in this role, you will need any of the following: an RN license, an LPN license, or a paramedic license, and at least 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting. You will also need excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for advancing public health through innovation.
The working hours are 11-7 with some flexibility with the ability to work 4 weekend shifts a month along with holidays. This individual will be brought on to support vaccine development in human patients but will eventually move on to different projects once the vaccine development is completed.

Skills and Requirements
5 years of experience as an RN
2 years of clinical trials or clinical research experience
RN license in Connecticut
Experience taking vitals, overseeing meals as data, blood draws, EKG/ECG, working with clinical coordinators/project managers, working with pharmacy/lab/front desk
Experience with Discharge planning
