Job Description

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the cell manager, this role supports material planning and movement throughout the manufacturing process, including build/test areas, work cells, labs, and departments. Responsibilities include scheduling, receiving, inspecting, kitting, moving, issuing, and packaging materials to meet internal and external customer requirements and commitments.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Material Movement: label, stage, count, and issue materials in support of schedules

  • Materials Planning: Plan, prioritize, and coordinate material requirements to support production schedules, customer commitments, and timely movement of work through manufacturing

  • Data Entry: maintain documentation and product traceability and system integrity

  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment, including adherence to 5S protocols

Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a Manufacturing and/or Material environment – Desired

  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate material requirements to support production schedules and customer commitments

  • Experience with Materials Requirement Planning – Required

  • Experience with MES Systems – Desired

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, including reading, writing, and speaking

  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time

  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs., unassisted

Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.

Salary Range:

$44,500.00-$59,300.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
