We're looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our team in EMEA and partner with our executive leadership to build a high-performing organization. This isn't just about managing HR; it's about being a strategic partner who understands the business and can drive performance through people-centric solutions. You’ll be the main point of contact for all people-related strategies across our EMEA region, with a focus on our high-growth Revenue teams. You will collaborate with leaders to solve complex challenges, empower them to build and maintain great teams, and lead critical initiatives that will help shape the future of our business.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Chief People Officer (or other Senior People team member) who will collaborate closely with other People Business Partners across our Revenue business to drive holistic outcomes. The title and level for this role will be commensurate with candidate qualifications and business needs.

Who you're committed to being:

  • You're an experienced People Business Partner with a track record of success in fast-paced environments.

  • You have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within Sales and Customer Success teams.

  • You are a strategic thinker and a trusted advisor who can build strong relationships with executives, leaders, and team members.

  • You can handle multiple projects and priorities with ease, and you have excellent judgment and decision-making skills.

  • You also have a strong understanding of EMEA employment laws and cultural nuances.

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Partnership: You'll serve as a business consultant and thought partner to senior and executive leaders, proactively anticipating, assessing, and solving people-related opportunities.

  • Organizational Development: You'll build the company's global leadership capability through strategic programming like organizational design, workforce planning, and coaching.

  • Driving Excellence: You'll empower leaders to build and maintain great teams through effective performance management.

  • Data-Driven Solutions: You'll use data to solve complex organizational challenges and create new opportunities.

  • Key Initiatives: You'll lead critical projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring from a people perspective.

Experience you'll bring:

  • A minimum of 8 years of related experience (or 6+ years with an advanced degree) in a People Business Partner or similar role.

  • Deep knowledge of EMEA employment laws and cultural norms.

  • Experience counseling high-level Revenue leaders and executives.

  • A strong understanding of the Revenue business unit, including sales and customer success.

  • Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong partnerships across a diverse organization.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to apply HR strategies to solve complex challenges and drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Dublin, Ireland office Wednesday and Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. This approach helps us collaborate more effectively, make decisions more quickly, and build a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Why you’ll love working here:

  • We’re a blended workplace, where team members work remotely or in a hybrid setup depending on their role and location

  • We’re mission driven and guided by our culture pillars

  • We have a strong commitment to diversity and belonging

  • We cultivate a culture of trust, autonomy, and collaboration

  • We’re lifelong learners and champion team member growth and advancement
