Full job description
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 3 years of engineering work experience in the planning, design and/or operation of the bulk electrical transmission system.
Preferred Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering and 3 years of engineering work experience in the planning, design and/or operation of the bulk electrical transmission system.
Relevant Work Experience
-
Knowledge of the design and /or operation of the electric power system, required.

Competent in using PSS/E, TARA, Aspen or equivalent power system simulation programs, required.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.

Additional Physical Demands
- The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
