Job location: Bangalore Profile: MEP Manager

Specialization: B.Tech Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Experience: 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Data Center / Critical Facility Operations & Maintenance

Job description:

  • Support and oversee MEP system installation and execution at site, ensuring smooth day-to-day progress.
  • Coordinate with design teams, EPC contractors, vendors, and clients to maintain alignment and timely delivery.
  • Review drawings (GA, shop drawings) and ensure site execution is in line with approved plans.
  • Apply working knowledge of HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, and electrical distribution systems during execution.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, cleanroom requirements, and safety standards.
  • Monitor work quality, progress, and timelines, and proactively highlight any gaps or delays.
  • Assist in planning and execution of MEP activities for greenfield and brownfield projects.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP and HVAC systems.
  • Maintain ISO cleanroom conditions and monitor temperature, humidity, airflow, and particle levels.
  • Support troubleshooting of HVAC and environmental control systems during installation and testing.
  • Assist in QA/QC checks, material inspections, and adherence to PTW procedures.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, DPRs, and coordination records, supporting project milestones and upgrades.
  • Working Days : Monday to Saturday
