What You'll Be Doing

Provide general plant clean-up
-
Light to heavy mechanical maintenance to ensure constant production

Assist in plant maintenance when needed

Upkeep of plant and heavy equipment (broom & shovel work)

Maintain daily plant/heavy equipment operations
-
Operate plant equipment
-
Cross Trained in other jobs
What Are We Looking For
-
Ability to work both 8 and 12 hour work shifts as well as weekend work when required
-
High School Diploma is required
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Capability to operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment.

Competency in performing physical tasks and working outdoors.

Effective communication skills and teamwork.

Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
