What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide general plant clean-up

  • Light to heavy mechanical maintenance to ensure constant production

  • Assist in plant maintenance when needed

  • Upkeep of plant and heavy equipment (broom & shovel work)

  • Maintain daily plant/heavy equipment operations

  • Operate plant equipment

  • Cross Trained in other jobs

What Are We Looking For

  • Ability to work both 8 and 12 hour work shifts as well as weekend work when required

  • High School Diploma is required

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Capability to operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment.

  • Competency in performing physical tasks and working outdoors.

  • Effective communication skills and teamwork.

  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
