Full job description

About Landing Since 2019, Landing has built the largest flexible living network in the country - 35+ markets, thousands of apartments, no deposits, no hassle. We're growing fast and operating in the real world, which means things move quickly, priorities shift, and no two days look the same.

About the role

This is a regional leadership role. You will oversee General Hospitality Managers across multiple markets — setting the standard for member experience, property quality, housekeeping performance, and operational execution. You'll report directly to the Regional Field Director and serve as the connective layer between market-level operations and company leadership.

If you've led multi-unit hospitality operations, managed a team of property or hotel managers, or run a regional portfolio where you were accountable for both people and performance, you already know what this job feels like. The difference here is that you're building the playbook alongside your team — and you'll own outcomes, not just process.

This role is for someone who develops people while holding them accountable, makes decisions with incomplete information with the best customer experience in mind, and builds systems while using them.

What you'll own

A team of General Managers responsible for day-to-day market operations across Landing's platform and OTA partners like Airbnb and Booking.com Member experience quality and escalation resolution across your hub Housekeeping and property partner relationships at the regional level Hub KPIs: NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, growth, and market expenses New property installation, onboarding, and launch support across your markets Weekly performance reporting to the Regional Field Leader and executive team Career development and growth pathways for your General Managers What we're looking for

Background in multi-unit hotel operations, short-term rental portfolio management, or regional hospitality leadership — you know how to operate when guests don't wait and your team is spread across markets Experience leading managers, not just individual contributors — you've developed people, had hard conversations, and built teams that perform without you in the room Strong operational instincts — you know which KPI is a signal and which is noise, and you move accordingly Ability to triage under pressure — your GMs have three things urgent at once, and you know how to prioritize alongside them without taking over Comfort with ambiguity — we're a growth-stage company and the answer isn't always written down somewhere A track record of achieving results through independent, proactive work Work schedule & availability

Core business hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. As a guest-facing position, additional availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. These needs may increase during peak periods, such as month-end and high-volume check-in times. Travel is required approximately 50% of the time.
