Job Duties
Production/Forklift Operator | Up to $21.00/hour
Attendance Bonus!
6am - 230pm Monday - Friday
2:30pm-10pm Monday - Friday
10pm-6:30am Monday-Friday
Aventure Staffing has an exciting opportunity for several Production Workers to join the team at our client's soybean production facility in Jackson, MN! As a Production Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of operations and areas from the plant to the field as our activities vary through the agricultural season cycle. We welcome candidates with steady employment history who are eager to learn and grow from any industry background to apply! We have an engaged team that works well together and has fun producing high quality seed. Our work environment is positive and we are committed to product quality and safe work performance. We value being productive while also having a great time doing it!
Minimum Education Required
Responsibilities:
Plant operations activities such as receiving, pre-cleaning, conditioning, treating, packaging, palletizing, etc
Return and rework activities
Warehousing activities including forklift operation, collecting samples, pooling, etc
Minimum Experience Required
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
A Valid Driver's License
Experience driving a forklift is a plus but not required
General Knowledge of agriculture practices
