Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders of all Skill Levels for projects located in the Boise, ID area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30+/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:

Execute welding tasks using one or more processes, including MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), Flux-Cored (FCAW), or other applicable methods based on project requirements

Read blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols to accurately fabricate, assemble, or repair metal components to specifications

Inspect completed welds for quality, maintain welding equipment, and follow all company safety procedures and applicable welding standards

Other tasks as assigned
Requirements

Knowledge of one or more welding processes preferred

Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand and power tools

Welding certifications are a plus but not required
